In the heart of the village of Luz, just a few steps from all local amenities and the golden sandy beach.

On a single floor, with a walled garden and terrace, it is ideal for families with children, but also for guests with reduced mobility or even in a wheelchair.

4 bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms. Living room with dining area. Kitchen equipped with a counter for the dining area. Covered terrace with a sail canopy, with dining area, with access to the garden area with a charcoal barbecue - utensils are provided but charcoal must be purchased by our guests.

The main door opens into a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, equipped with comfortable sofas, Smart TV with MEO package, with various channels in different languages and free fibre Wi-Fi. DVD player and CD player. In the entrance hall you can find several DVDs and CDs for various tastes. However, the Smart TV has access to several streaming applications with Netflix, HBO, etc, you just need to use your own access for that.

Dining area adjacent to the kitchen, separated by a counter. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen, including various kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker and electric oven, combined fridge, microwave, espresso coffee machine (Continente), etc.
Glass door opens onto a terrace with pergola and dining table for outdoor meals.

3 double bedrooms (2 with air conditioning) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 complete bathrooms with bathtub (with shower) and heated towel rails.

Several restaurants, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets and bus stop within an 800-metre radius. Public car park area outside the house.

The neighbourhood is very peaceful, a residential area, good neighbours and family-oriented.

Bus stop at the top of the street, just 200m away. Buses pass every 30 minutes to Lagos. It is also possible to rent a car or a taxi/Uber.

All bedding is provided, except beach towels (which can be rented from CoolHouses).
For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bedding and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, you will have a towel change mid-stay.

Smoking is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property.

Cot and baby chair can be provided on request and for a small additional cost.

Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas, except the garage.

CoolHouses manages this house and their team is always available to provide assistance to guests

For stays of 28 days or more, utility costs (water, gas and electricity) will be charged.
There will also be a cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the agreed terms and price.

This contemporary style house with a surprising location (less than 50 meters from the sea and surf), offers the possibility of a dream holiday in a very special and authentic area of the Algarve - the "Barlavento Algarvio"
The sea view is simply stunning... Access to the house is made through the front of the house, where there is a parking space for a medium-sized car. Parking is also allowed on the sea side, in front of the property's larger gate.

There is no main street nearby, which means total silence (apart from the sound of waves and seagulls) and the absence of the usual summer crowds: you will enjoy a private encounter with the waves and the stars!

In 3 floors: the house has 3 suites on the upper floor, two of which are equipped with double beds and the other with 2 single beds. The two front suites share the upper balcony and the same spectacular sea view. All 3 suites have private bathrooms, equipped with bathtubs.

On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a dining area allows you to enjoy the same sea view and the possibility of having meals in the dining room or on the large terrace (fully furnished with a dining table, chairs and sofas), in an environment of peace, tranquillity and natural beauty.
On the same floor, we have a 4th bedroom, equipped with a double bed, very close to a bathroom with a shower cabin.

A spacious and modern kitchen, fully equipped (except for the washing machine, which is located on the basement floor, in the laundry room) has direct access to the back of the house.

The living room has cable television, MEO with approximately 115 channels, some of which are in various foreign languages other than Portuguese, and a DVD player. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The telephone is not available.

As if all this were not enough, the house has a large additional lower floor that gives direct access to the private swimming pool and the private garden with beach/garden furniture. On this floor, you will find another bathroom (with shower), a small laundry room with a washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and an iron.
There is also a gym area with an elliptical bike, an abdominal platform and some weights (in case you want to stay in shape during your holidays).

There is also a very comfortable sofa and TV with cable channels (the same system as the one in the living room upstairs).

The centre of the small village of Luz and its famous beach are just a short walk away. There you will find all the shops, restaurants and bars you may need. You do not need a car in Luz, unless you want to visit the beautiful city of Lagos or the surrounding areas, such as Cape Sagres and its fortress, the pleasant beaches to the West of the Algarve or the Alentejo Coast. Burgau is a small fishing village, where you can eat great fish, located just 5 km West of Luz, and can be reached by walking along the ocean and the cliffs. In short: a unique opportunity to enjoy your holidays in the Algarve.
