Description
This contemporary style house with a surprising location (less than 50 meters from the sea and surf), offers the possibility of a dream holiday in a very special and authentic area of the Algarve - the "Barlavento Algarvio"
The sea view is simply stunning... Access to the house is made through the front of the house, where there is a parking space for a medium-sized car. Parking is also allowed on the sea side, in front of the property's larger gate.
There is no main street nearby, which means total silence (apart from the sound of waves and seagulls) and the absence of the usual summer crowds: you will enjoy a private encounter with the waves and the stars!
In 3 floors: the house has 3 suites on the upper floor, two of which are equipped with double beds and the other with 2 single beds. The two front suites share the upper balcony and the same spectacular sea view. All 3 suites have private bathrooms, equipped with bathtubs.
On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a dining area allows you to enjoy the same sea view and the possibility of having meals in the dining room or on the large terrace (fully furnished with a dining table, chairs and sofas), in an environment of peace, tranquillity and natural beauty.
On the same floor, we have a 4th bedroom, equipped with a double bed, very close to a bathroom with a shower cabin.
A spacious and modern kitchen, fully equipped (except for the washing machine, which is located on the basement floor, in the laundry room) has direct access to the back of the house.
The living room has cable television, MEO with approximately 115 channels, some of which are in various foreign languages other than Portuguese, and a DVD player. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The telephone is not available.
As if all this were not enough, the house has a large additional lower floor that gives direct access to the private swimming pool and the private garden with beach/garden furniture. On this floor, you will find another bathroom (with shower), a small laundry room with a washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and an iron.
There is also a gym area with an elliptical bike, an abdominal platform and some weights (in case you want to stay in shape during your holidays).
There is also a very comfortable sofa and TV with cable channels (the same system as the one in the living room upstairs).
The centre of the small village of Luz and its famous beach are just a short walk away. There you will find all the shops, restaurants and bars you may need. You do not need a car in Luz, unless you want to visit the beautiful city of Lagos or the surrounding areas, such as Cape Sagres and its fortress, the pleasant beaches to the West of the Algarve or the Alentejo Coast. Burgau is a small fishing village, where you can eat great fish, located just 5 km West of Luz, and can be reached by walking along the ocean and the cliffs. In short: a unique opportunity to enjoy your holidays in the Algarve.

This magnificent dwelling enjoys a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the mature garden. Very spacious and bright. Located in a secure private condominium, just 10-15 minutes walking from the Luz village center and beach, or 5 minutes walking from the supermarket, local restaurants and bars.
Located in an area that offers peace and tranquility, this house provides versatile accommodation for a family or group of friends up to a maximum of 10 guests. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, with distinct leisure areas yet still in the same space, enjoying the wonderful sea view.

The main attraction is the large snooker table that divides the space between the dining area, furnished with a large table and chairs, and the living area with 3 comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a cabinet with an HD Smart TV with NOS cable channels, DVD player, 'Chromecast' that allows you to connect your own wireless devices. There is also a music system and a Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen.

Lagos is the closest city. With its historical heritage from the Discoveries period, it is now a surprising place that still maintains its character combined with the needs of modern life. It has an internationally awarded marina where various sports/nautical events are held.
