All bed linen is provided, except for beach towels (these can be rented from CoolHouses).
For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Electric vehicles are not allowed to be charged on the property.
A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.
Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas, except garage.

The main attraction is the large snooker table that divides the space between the dining area, furnished with a large table and chairs, and the living area with 3 comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a cabinet with an HD Smart TV with NOS cable channels, DVD player, 'Chromecast' that allows you to connect your own wireless devices. There is also a music system and a Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen.

The kitchen, spacious, with a U-shaped cabinet area and work surface, offers everything you need for your vacation. Fully equipped with electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, combined refrigerator and a second refrigerator, ideal for drinks. Double sink with draining area. The kitchen island is equipped with induction hob and stainless steel extractor/hood. Table and chairs for light meals. There is a wide choice of restaurants, cafés and bars, some right by the beach, where you can enjoy a stunning view of the beach, the natural coastline and Luz's landmark "A Rocha Negra" - an ancient volcanic rock formation.
Lagos is the closest city. With its historical heritage from the Discoveries period, it is now a surprising place that still maintains its character combined with the needs of modern life. It has an internationally awarded marina where various sports/nautical events are held.

Casa Fernanda is a very spacious single-story house, with a pool that can be heated, a very pleasant South faced terrace, and a large mature garden, mostly composed of native plants and trees.
Built in the 70s, it has been renovated in the last year, now having a more contemporary style.
