Casa Sirrah offers accommodation for up to 6 guests, distributed across 3 cosy bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms. The property has a total area of 138 m² and is equipped with all the amenities necessary for a memorable stay.
Ground floor: The lower floor features a spacious entrance hall leading to an elegant living room with air conditioning, comfortable furniture and a Smart HD television with access to YouTube, Netflix and Google TV. The dining area integrates perfectly with the open-plan kitchen, offering a welcoming atmosphere for family meals.
Complete Kitchen: The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, combination fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine and coffee maker. All the crockery, glasses and cutlery needed for 6 people are available, including plastic crockery for children.
Terrace and Outdoor Area: The 8 m² terrace extends across the full width of the room and is furnished with an outdoor dining table, sun loungers and a parasol. This is the ideal place to enjoy outdoor meals and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the condominium.
First Floor: The upper floor houses two additional bedrooms, both with air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 3 offers a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe, a balcony with views of the garden and swimming pool, as well as a private bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
Ground Floor - Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is equipped with 2 single beds, wardrobe and window overlooking the rear garden. The corresponding bathroom has a shower cubicle.
Amenities and Accessories: The property includes heating through AC units in all rooms, except the ground floor bedroom, which has an electric heater, high-speed Wi-Fi, DVD, blackout curtains for better rest, extra pillows and blankets, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and a decorative wood-burning fireplace with protection. All bedding and pool towels are provided.
Private Parking: Access to the condominium is through an automatic gate, with a private parking area for up to 2 vehicles located in the same building.
Shared Pool and Garden: Guests have exclusive access to a shared 6x3 metre pool and a common garden area surrounded by pleasant lawn. The pool is for private use only by the 4 houses in this phase of the condominium. Outdoor furniture includes sun loungers, umbrellas with base and dining table.
Privileged Location: Casa Sirrah is located just 50 metres from Luz beach and 50 metres from the village centre, offering easy access to restaurants, cafés and local shops. Nearby you will find Baptista and Spar supermarkets (800 m), Boavista and Espiche golf courses (4 km), and attractions such as Lagos Zoo (10 km) and Slide & Splash (35 km). Faro Airport is 60 km away.
Additional Services: A cot and baby chair can be provided upon request and for an additional cost. For stays longer than 14 nights, a cleaning service is included with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, there is a change of towels mid-stay. The CoolHouses team is always available for assistance and can help with booking airport transfers or car rental.
Important Rules: Smoking is not permitted on the property. Pets are not allowed. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted. Quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. For stays longer than 28 nights, water, gas and electricity consumption will be charged separately, as well as a final cleaning fee.

Spiral stairs to the 1st floor: very spacious and bright living room decorated with comfortable furniture and Smart TV, dining area with dining table for 6 people. Panoramic sliding window opens onto a south-facing balcony with a view of the large terrace below and the sea just in front. Mannualy operated sun shade.
Kitchen with dining area, fully renovated and equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher as well as several small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, hand blender, etc.)
