Description
For a max of 6 guests, Ground floor: bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower room, bedroom 2 with super king bed and bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, both with fitted wardrobes and opening onto a balcony with a few steps down to the private and enjoyable patio, surrounded by plants and flowers with gate onto Rua do Poço.
In the hallway, family bathroom with walk-in shower.
Spiral staircase up to the 1st floor. Once at the top you'll find a very spacious living room with comfortable soft furniture, cable TV with a wide selection of national and international channels and dining area.
Panoramic sliding window opens onto a South facing balcony with beautiful sea view, from where you can enjoy al fresco dining (equipped with dining table, chairs and sun umbrella).
Spacious kitchen, fully equipped with induction cooker and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as various other small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, hand blender, etc.) and dining table ideal for breakfast or quick preparation of food.
Small patio at the back of the house, by front door.
Free Internet access.
Free public parking for 1 or 2 cars.
No smoking allowed.
No pets allowed.
Guests have access to entire space. Is not allowed to charge electric car at the property facilities.
CoolHouses is responsible for the management and rentals. If necessary, it is possible to schedule a visit.
On the second line with the sea, the beach is a 2 minutes walk from the house. Also a few minutes walk away you will find several restaurants, cafes with terraces, and all the local shops
CoolHouses can assist with rental car or transfers to and from Faro airport
All bed linen is provided, except for beach towels (can be rented from CoolHouses).
A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.
For stays of 28 days or more, utilities (water, gas and electricity) will be charged.
There will also be a cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and the agreed price.

Limoeiro House is a V3 terraced house, in the heart of Luz village and is just 2 minutes from the beach.
Ground floor: bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 with a double bed and bedroom 3 with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Both rooms have access to a small, very sunny patio with garden area.
