Limoeiro House is a V3 terraced house, in the heart of Luz village and is just 2 minutes from the beach.
Ground floor: bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 with a double bed and bedroom 3 with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Both rooms have access to a small, very sunny patio with garden area.
In the corridor, 2 bathrooms with shower, radiant floor and electric towel warmers.
Spiral stairs to the 1st floor: spacious and very bright living room, with comfortable furniture, fireplace with heat recovery, air conditioning, wi-fi and television with NOS system. Indoor dining area. Panoramic, sliding window opens to the balcony with outdoor dining space and beautiful sea view.
Kitchen equipped with induction hob and electric oven, microwave, combined refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, tumble dryer, and many other small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, magic wand, etc.)
Another balcony at the back with access through the kitchen.
Free internet. Private parking for 1 car.
Cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels for stays of 2 weeks or more, at the end of 7 nights of stay.
