Casa das Buganvilias is a townhouse with beautiful panoramic sea views, in the heart of the village of Luz and just 5 minutes from the beach.
Garden and pool, several terraces and private parking for 1 car.
The front door opens into a small hall with stairs leading up to the 1st floor living room and/or down to the bedrooms.
1st floor: fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, combined fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Delta Q pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as other small appliances and utensils needed for everyday cooking. Small pantry.
Living room with sofas that comfortably seat six people, TV with MEO box cable channels. There is also high-speed optic fibre Wi-Fi internet. Dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. Sideboard with crockery.
Small cloackroom.
Three sets of double doors open onto the large south-facing terrace with built-in charcoal barbecue. Various outdoor furniture, including a dining table and chairs for 6. This is the ideal area to enjoy al fresco family meals while taking in the marvellous panoramic sea views.
From the terrace, a flight of stairs lead down to the pool area and the terrace below. The pool has a manual cover and can be heated on request at an extra cost. Several sun loungers around the pool area.
A few steps down is a paved garden area with small table and chairs, with several fruit trees for shade. Ideal spot for some peace and quiet and perhaps read a good book.
Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and private bathroom with shower cubicle and additionaly a full bathtub with shower fittings.
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, also with fitted wardrobe. All rooms open onto the pool terrace and garden area. All bedrooms have AC inverter units.
Second bathroom off the hallway with shower cubicle, cupboard with basin and washing machine. Wall-mounted hair dryer and the house washing machine. Heated towel rail.
Outdoor gas boiler supplies hot water to the bathrooms.
All bed linen and towels are provided, including pool towels.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. With the exception of 1 or 2 children up to the age of 2 (for whom we can provide our baby pack for a small additional charge), no additional guests or extra beds of any kind are permitted
It is not permitted to charge any electric or hybrid vehicles.
