Fully renovated 3 bedroom villa, a few minutes walk from the beach and sea view. Casa da Praia is a townhouse in the heart of Vila da Luz and just 2 minutes from the beach.
What makes this house special is its location, so close to the beach and in the center of Vila da Luz. But also its warm and modern atmosphere. Good terraces and excellent sun exposure
Entrance door leads to a spacious and bright hall on the ground floor: bedroom 1 with bunk beds and wardrobe, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and bedroom 3 with super king bed. Bedroom 1 has an extra bed that can be reserved at an extra cost/per day.
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. In the corridor, two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub with shower fittings.
Spiral stairs to the 1st floor: very spacious and bright living room decorated with comfortable furniture and Smart TV, dining area with dining table for 6 people. Panoramic sliding window opens onto a south-facing balcony with a view of the large terrace below and the sea just in front. Mannualy operated sun shade.
Kitchen with dining area, fully renovated and equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher as well as several small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, hand blender, etc.)
Small patio with garden at the back of the house with carport private parking for 1 car and public parking nearby.
Large terrace on the South side of the property, surrounded by mature trees that provide privacy. A real sun trap, ideal to relax and get a nice suntan.

For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.
Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas.
