The house is spread over two floors and offers 3 cosy bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, Bedroom 2 with a double bed and Bedroom 3 also with a double bed and private bathroom. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, air conditioning and direct access to a welcoming patio and private garden. In the ground floor corridor, there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle.
The first floor features a very spacious and comfortable living room, equipped with a cosy fireplace, Smart TV with cable and streaming channels system and dining area. The large panoramic sliding window opens onto a magnificent terrace with sea views, where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with family. The terrace is equipped with a dining table and awning, creating a perfect space to relax and enjoy the landscape.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The independent kitchen is modern and functional, equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, combined fridge, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher and various small appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and hand blender. All crockery and kitchen utensils are available for your convenience. A pantry offers additional storage space, cleaning materials and washing machine. There is also a support bathroom/cloakroom on this floor.
Bathrooms
The property has 3 bathrooms: one with a shower on the ground floor, one private in Bedroom 3 with a bathtub, and a support cloakroom on the first floor, ensuring comfort and privacy for the whole family.
Amenities and Accessories
All bed linen and towels are provided (except beach towels, which can be hired). The house is equipped with air conditioning throughout the property, heating by electric radiators, free Wi-Fi, extra pillows and blankets, and a first aid kit. You will also find an iron, radio and DVD for your entertainment.
Outdoor Spaces
The property offers a beautiful private garden with garden furniture and barbecue area. In addition to the terrace on the first floor, there is a small patio at the back of the house with a landscaped area, creating multiple spaces to enjoy the outdoors with family.
Covered private parking for 1 car in the porch, with the possibility of parking another vehicle in front. The location offers easy access to all amenities.
Located in the centre of Vila da Luz, the house is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 400 metres from the village centre. You will find restaurants such as Alloro and Onda Luz 200 metres away, cafés such as Bombordo 400 metres away, and supermarkets (Baptista and Spar) 800 metres away. Boavista and Espiche golf courses are 4 kilometres away, and Lagos Hospital is 6 kilometres away. Lagos CP Station and Lagos Bus Station are 6 kilometres away, whilst Faro Airport is 60 kilometres away. A bus stop is available a 5-minute walk away.
For stays of more than 14 nights, you will benefit from a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, there will be a change of towels mid-stay. A cot and high chair are available for hire, upon prior request and availability.
Important Information
Smoking is not permitted on the property. Pets are not allowed. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted. For stays of 28 or more days, utility costs (water, gas and electricity) will be charged, as well as a cleaning fee upon departure.
