Casa 24 LBC is a townhouse with beautiful panoramic views, in the heart of Vila da Luz and about 10 minutes from the beach
Private garden, several terraces and private covered parking
Ground floor: bedroom 1 with 2 single beds; bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 with double beds (and the latter with private bathroom) both with wardrobes and access to a sun trap patio surrounded by flowers and plants. Shower room off the downstair's hallway.
From the entrance hall, stairs lead up to 1st floor with a very spacious living room, with comfortable sofas, TV with cable chanels, open log burning fireplace nd dining area.
Panoramic, sliding window opens onto a balcony with a beautiful sea view, ideal to enjoy pleasant family moments (equipped with dining table and awning).
Kitchen equipped with induction hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, as well as several small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, hand blender, etc.)
Pantry with storage space, cleaning supplies and washing machine.
Guest WC.
Beautiful garden and patio at the back of the house.
All bed linen and towels provided, except beach towels.
For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.
