Lagos - Villa

Fernanda's House is a very spacious single-storey house, with a pleasant pool and terrace and a large overgrown garden, mostly composed of indigenous plants and trees.

Built in the 1970s, it has been renovated over the past year, now having a more contemporary style.

Ideal for guests with reduced mobility and families with children. Overgrown garden with complete privacy and security.
Parking area with automatic gates.
Located in a more rural area, the use of a car is recommended, although some of the local supermarkets offer free home delivery.

The main door opens to the entrance area and hallway.
Living room with comfortable sofas, SMART HD TV and 2 opening doors that give access to the covered terrace with gas grill, beautiful sea view and panoramic view of Lagos city until Luz.
A few steps down to the pool terrace with sun loungers and parasol. For guests with reduced mobility, they can go around the house.
The living room has a fireplace without a heat recovery system, ideal for stays outside the Summer period.
Cable TV and fibre optic WiFi. Small level difference between the living room and dining room with a large dining table that seats 8 and a sideboard. Double door opens to a South-facing veranda.

Renovated kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob, extractor hood, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Door to the terrace facing East with table, chairs and sun umbrella. This area then extends to the swimming pool terrace.

Master suite, with king size bed and dressing area with wardrobe. Door opens onto south-facing veranda. Bathroom with shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2 with double bed and wardrobe. Balcony that opens onto a balcony with sea view and overlooking the pool.

Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, wardrobe and door opening onto a South-facing balcony, with sea views and overlooking the swimming pool.

Room 4 with 2 single beds, wardrobe and West-facing window, with a view of the garden.

Rectangular swimming pool cannot be heated but has a manually operated cover that helps maintain the water temperature.

Mature garden maintained by a local gardening company once a week. The pool is also cleaned once a week.
Private car park for several vehicles.

For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, you will have a towel change mid-stay.

Smoking is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property.

Cot and baby chair can be provided on request and for a small extra charge.
Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas.

CoolHouses manages this house and their team is always available to provide guest assistance and can help with airport transfer bookings or car rental arrangements.

In case of stays longer than 28 nights, the cost of water, gas and electricity consumption will be charged separately. There will also be a cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and price agreed.
