You will find everything you need: American fridge with freezer and fresh water dispenser, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as utensils and complete crockery. Cooking becomes a pleasurable experience in this functional and well-equipped space. Direct access to a very welcoming patio, perfect for breakfast.
The exterior is simply magnificent. The property is situated on a 1350 m² plot completely fenced, offering security and privacy.
