Part of a small condominium with only 4 townhouses, Vila A is the first to be found as soon as you enter the common entrance area.
Being a corner unit, it has the largest private garden and its own pool, which can be heated upon request and additional payment.
On 2 floors, both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and give access to the pool area. Bedroom 1 is a very spacious double room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and access to a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own wardrobes and air conditioning.
Going up a flight of stairs, there is the first floor consisting of a very comfortable living room, with dining area and open-plan kitchen: fully furnished and equipped, including all cooking utensils. Living area with TV, DVD player and iPod dock, as well as WiFi internet. Small balcony - south-facing, overlooking the pool and garden area.
West-facing terrace offers beautiful countryside views and a glimpse of the sea. Ideal for outdoor dining but also for sitting and relaxing. This terrace is protected from the wind by a glass panel. There is also a candle that provides pleasant shade during the hottest days and hours.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, combined refrigerator, gas stove and electric oven, toaster, kettle, and various other utensils.
On the terrace next to the pool there is a gas grill and a covered dining area, with views and direct access to the pool and garden.
Several sun loungers and parasols are available. Private parking for 2 cars. It is not allowed to charge electric cars on the premises of the property.
Quiet residential area. A short trip to the villages of Luz or Burgau
There is a bus stop right in front of the condo
The use of a car is recommended. We can help with booking a rent-a-car if necessary
For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.

Pets are not allowed.
Electric vehicles are not allowed to be charged on the property.
A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.
Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas.

The Luz Bay Hotel is located at approximately 10 minute walk from the villa, to the east side of the village. There is an adult only pool, a family pool and a children's pool.
The working hours and rules of the pool access and use are of the hotel sole responsability and must be respected. Not doing so, may imply the restriction of access.
