Swimming pool that can be heated, garden with lawn area, terrace for sunbathing and shaded dining area.
Ideal for a family vacation, close to the city center of Lagos, the Marina, and several beaches such as Porto de Mós, Camilo, Dona Ana, Estudantes, da Batata, etc.
Modern kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Several other small appliances (toaster, kettle, hand blender, etc...)
Spacious living room, fireplace with log burning fire and heat recovery, dining area. Smart TV with cable channels and WiFi. Sliding doors open to a partially covered terrace with an extensible awning, with dining table and chairs. Charcoal barbecue.
1 en suite room with a double bed, wardrobe, and private bathroom with shower cabin. Sliding doors open to the garden and pool area.

Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas, except the garage.

In stays of 28 or more days, utility costs (water, gas, and electricity) will be charged.
