Welcome to Casa Boa Vida, a charming 3-bedroom property located in Burgau, in the heart of the Algarve! This house is perfect for families and couples seeking a comfortable and affordable stay, just a few minutes' walk from the village centre, local shops and the beautiful Burgau beach.

Casa Boa Vida is spread over 2 floors with a total of 120 m² of usable area, set in a quiet residential area. The main entrance provides direct access to a private patio, with parking on the nearby street.

On the lower floor, there is a welcoming living room equipped with comfortable furniture and a Smart HD television with access to YouTube, Netflix and other streaming services. The living room connects to a modern and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, combined fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and air fryer. All crockery, glasses and cutlery needed for 6 people are available, including plastic dishes for children.

The laundry area, accessible from the kitchen, has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. A bathroom with a complete shower cubicle completes this floor.

The special highlight is the rear terrace with 50 m², which extends across the full width of the house. This outdoor space is furnished with a dining table, sun loungers and parasol, offering the perfect spot for outdoor meals and relaxation moments. The private 3x2 metre swimming pool, with views over the countryside, is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. The terrace also includes garden furniture and a barbecue area for family gatherings.

The first floor houses 3 comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, with sliding doors opening onto a balcony with views over the countryside and overlooking the pool terrace. Bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds, wardrobe and also access to the balcony with the same panoramic views. Bedroom 3, with a king-size bed (160x200), wardrobe and chest of drawers, has a private en-suite bathroom with a complete shower cubicle and access to a terrace with views over the front street and the countryside beyond.

In the entrance hall of the first floor, there is a second complete bathroom with a shower cubicle, serving bedrooms 1 and 2. In total, the property has 3 bathrooms, all equipped with showers.

The house is equipped with air conditioning throughout the property, ensuring comfort all year round. It has high-speed WiFi, hot water heating, blackout curtains, safety heaters for fireplaces, a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. For families with babies, a travel cot and high chair are available upon prior request and a small additional charge. The property also offers entertainment books for the whole family.

The property has 2 parking spaces in an open-air public car park, located next to the building. There is also parking space on the street in front of the house. Important note: electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property.

Located in a quiet residential area at the entrance to Burgau, Casa Boa Vida offers proximity to everything you need. The village centre, with local shops, restaurants and cafés, is just 500 metres away. Burgau beach is 1 km away, whilst Luz beach is 4 km away. For golf enthusiasts, Espiche Golf is 4 km away and Boavista Golf is 8 km away. Lagos Hospital is 8 km away and Faro Airport is 60 km away. Opposite is the popular restaurant "Cabeça do Porco". There may occasionally be some noise on busier days.

All bed linen is provided. Beach towels can be hired from CoolHouses. The management team is always available to assist guests. Coach parking is available on the main street, although the use of a car is recommended. Taxi and Uber services are also available in the area.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted on the property. Groups of young people are not accepted. Long-term stays (28 or more days) include additional utility costs (water, gas and electricity).
