Full bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
Full bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers. Fitted wooden wardrobe. Door opening onto the enclosed balcony, shared with the family living room. Wifi.
Light living room with 2 sets of sofas. One with sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests. Television unit with Smart TV. Dining table with seating for 4 guests. Enclosed balcony with outdoor chairs and small table. View over the street in front.
Commom garage, in the building basement, with private parking space for 1 car. Automatic gate.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Full clean and linen change in stays of 2 weeks or more, after 1 week stay.
