Contemporary-style 2-bedroom apartment with private garden and pool, located in the Mar da Luz private condominium, in the residential area of Porto Dona Maria, between Luz and Burgau.
The Mar da Luz condominium offers free access to a communal outdoor pool with terrace, sun loungers and parasols. Other facilities free to use: heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym and SPA

Apartment 19 is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Its main feature is its private garden and pool. All on one floor, without steps.

Furnished and decorated in a contemporary style. Living room with 2 sets of sofas and smart TV and AC, sliding doors that open to the terrace, covered part, with outdoor dining area and direct access to the apartment's own garden and pool.

Kitchen equipped with a combined refrigerator, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and several other small appliances - everything you need on a daily basis.

Balcony and closet with water heater for heating water and washing machine.

The dining area with table and chairs for 4 guests is separated from the kitchen by a counter.

2 Bedrooms (both with air conditioning):
Master bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers with wall-mounted TV. Wardrobes and private bathroom with Italian shower. Window overlooking the private garden.
Twin room, with 2 single beds, bedside table and wardrobes. Access to small private balcony.

In the corridor: second bathroom with shower cabin and wardrobe with various items for use on the beach.
Private parking in underground garage (space for 1 car)

Air conditioning throughout the apartment.
All bed linen and towels provided.
For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.

Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and outdoor areas.

Beautiful ocean views from the spacious balcony, accessible through the living room and master bedroom. On the 1st floor of a building without an elevator.

Spacious living room with comfortable sofas. Gas fireplace for the harsh winters.
Free WiFi (fiber optic) and TV channels from Portugal and other countries.

Dining area that leads to the kitchen. Furnished and equipped kitchen, including all kitchen utensils, such as a combined refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, electric oven and washing machine, in addition to all the usual utensils such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. There's no dishwasher.

Master bedroom with built-in wardrobes, double bed and full private bathroom (bath with shower). Sliding door opens to the south-facing balcony with a view of the sea on the horizon.

Second bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 2 single beds. Window overlooking the building's garden area. In the corridor is the second bathroom with a shower cabin.

Large, south-facing balcony with ocean views, furnished with a large dining table and chairs, plus 2 sun loungers. Ideal for a pleasant relaxing moment in the morning or afternoon. The fact that it is partially covered provides shade throughout the day.

All sheets and towels are provided, except beach towels. These can be rented at CoolHouses.

The neighborhood is very quiet, predominantly residential. A 5-minute walk from the beach front.

Getting around: Leaving the apartment block, there is a bus stop where buses run to Lagos regularly. Just a 5-minute walk to the main taxi stand. However, in our information folder available in the apartment, you can find the local bus schedule (Onda Amarela) and various taxi services available in the area. Lagos has a train station that can take you along the coast to Faro. Faro international airport is the closest and to which most airlines fly (Ryanair/Easyjet/Transavia/Sata/Monark, etc...)

For stays of 28 days or more, utilities (water, gas and electricity) will be charged.

There will also be a cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and the agreed price.
