In the heart of the village of Luz, on the main street, you will find the Palm Bay Condominium. Fiji 11 is a 1-bedroom apartment, on the top floor, enjoying beautiful ocean views and overlooking the beautiful growing gardens surrounding it.
Ideally located, it is less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach, the village center and all local amenities.

Going up the stairs to the second floor (without elevator), the level is shared with 2 other apartments.
Main door opens directly to the very bright and airy living room, furnished with 2 sets of comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV, and dining table with chairs for 4. This room opens directly to the south-facing balcony with superb ocean views. Table and chairs outside. Manually operated awning.
Arco opens to the fully furnished and equipped kitchen, including all kitchen utensils, with built-in cabinets, electric oven, ceramic hob, combined refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and complete dishes.
In the corridor, a storage area that is kept locked for use by the maid and the bathroom complete with a basin and bathtub with shower accessories.
Room with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobe. Window with a view of the gardens and the sea in the background.
We have 2 additional single sofas that convert into extra beds for a 3rd or 4th person (child or adolescent) upon request.
Private parking area available only for this apartment block and the adjoining one.

Vila da Luz is renowned for being a family-oriented beach resort area. Its golden sand and deep blue ocean have been awarded the Blue Flag for several consecutive years.

Within half an hour to 1 hour, you can also enjoy several beaches that are still preserved.
For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed
A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and outdoor areas.
