Apartment “Delícia do Sol” is a true sunny delight. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy incredible sea views and sun exposure throughout the day. A short distance from all local amenities and the beach.
4 balconies. Air conditioning in both rooms. Spacious living area. Free Wi-Fi.
On the top floor of a small building, with only 2 levels above the ground floor, on one of the main streets of Praia da Luz.
A few minutes' walk from the beach and all local services, bus stop, taxi stand, etc.
You don't really need a car, unless you want to explore the surrounding areas, outside the Light.
No elevator. Access to the large communal roof terrace, where you can bring a couple of chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset with a good glass of wine in your hand.
The apartment is spacious and offers accommodation for 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms. 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, both with wardrobes, air conditioning and access to a private balcony.
Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob and electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, air fryer and many other small appliances, including various kitchen utensils. Gas water heater. The kitchen has its own small balcony with beautiful views.
Spacious and bright living room with TV (cable TV), dining area with table and chairs. This room has access to a slightly larger balcony, where you will find a small table with chairs.
Bathroom with bath and shower accessories. Washing machine.
Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, air conditioning in both rooms. Bed linen provided, except beach towels (these can be rented from CoolHouses).
For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at a small extra cost.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

For stays of 28 days or more, utilities (water, gas and electricity) will be charged.

The neighborhood is very quiet, predominantly residential. A 5-minute walk from the beach front.
Getting around: Leaving the apartment block, there is a bus stop where buses run to Lagos regularly. Just a 5-minute walk to the main taxi stand. However, in our information folder available in the apartment, you can find the local bus schedule (Onda Amarela) and various taxi services available in the area. Lagos has a train station that can take you along the coast to Faro. Faro international airport is the closest and to which most airlines fly (Ryanair/Easyjet/Transavia/Sata/Monark, etc...)
