The property is located in a quiet part of the city and parking is usually easy. There is a parking space in the basement of the building that you can use. Ask for more information when booking.
The apartment has a modern and airy style. The living room is comfortable and practical, with a smart TV. The kitchen is well designed and has a large refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and everything else you need. Dining area adjacent to the living room, where you can watch TV while eating your meals or, alternatively, you can use the outdoor table on the spacious balcony.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with direct access to the balcony. A suite with a king size bed and a bathroom with a shower cabin and the second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom is in the corridor and also has a shower.
Both bedrooms have wardrobes.
The apartment has air conditioning in every room. It has good light and is very tastefully decorated.
On the building's terrace you can find the communal pool. There are several sun loungers that you can use but that are not exclusive. Operating hours and rules must be respected and complied with.

All bed linen is provided, as are beach towels.
For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have a cleaning service with complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed in the middle of the stay.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
